RS&H is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to assist with roadway design projects, combining innovative design with technical standards to meet client expectations and provide cost-effective solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in the Transportation Engineering Industry.
Requirements
- AutoCAD and/or Microstation experience
Responsibilities
- Perform routine calculations requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles
- Prepare and revise plan documents details
- Collect and prepare data for evaluation
- Perform engineering tasks with the use of computer-assisted design software and equipment
- Provide support to engineering and project management associates
Other
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at an -accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong work ethic aligning with the company’s
- 2.5 GPA or above
- Prior internship or related experience
- Specific interest in Transportation/Roadway Design
