Accenture Federal Services is looking to solve the problem of supporting and implementing DevSecOps capabilities for a large web application development effort for a Federal client, aiming to make the US federal government stronger and safer.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with a variety of tools and technologies, including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Helm, Fleet, Docker, and Linux.
- A strong understanding of Java programming and cloud environments is essential
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices will be key to ensuring the security and reliability of the application and infrastructure.
- Your ability to work with CI/CD pipelines and automate processes will be critical to maintaining seamless development and deployment operations.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code practices and tools will also be highly beneficial in this role.
- Experience submitting and managing Change Requests in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of tools like Chocolatey and Homebrew for automating development environment setup.
Responsibilities
- Ensure CI/CD controls and processes are followed for application code releases into non-production and production environments
- Application code and infrastructure meets all security requirements
- Create network and architecture diagrams
- Submit Change Requests for infrastructure work items
- Ensure SSL certificates remain up to date
- Automate development environment setup using Chocolatey and Homebrew

- A public trust security clearance is mandatory
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts, and document processes clearly.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- minimum of five years of professional experience, along with a bachelor’s degree.
