The Client Analytics Developer is responsible for research, design and implementation of analytical visualizations to provide readily understandable insight and trend analysis of metrics related to managing commercial vehicle fleets across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • Multiple project experience developing visualizations using contemporary analytical tools (QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau)
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence concepts and patterns (Dashboards, Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Metadata)
  • Experience with data visualization, implementing high-value solutions and performing administrative activities relating to the ongoing maintenance and refinement of client facing dashboards
  • Use of complex SQL Queries in a Microsoft SQL Server environment through SQL Enterprise Manager, and/or using Microsoft Access or Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data Visualization Software certification, or desire to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Research and mine source data to recommend visualizations to provide insight and understanding related to fleet performance
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and support of visualization applications including, but not limited to, QlikSense
  • Participate in overall architecture and strategy for the deployment of Wheels Analytics visualizations
  • Provide training and documentation for supported applications
  • Use of complex SQL Queries in a Microsoft SQL Server environment through SQL Enterprise Manager, and/or using Microsoft Access or Excel

Other

  • Collaborate with sales and account management team members to understand clients’ needs related to managing fleets efficiently and effectively
  • Solid business understanding of Vehicle Fleet Management or closely related industries
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
