Allianz Partners is looking for a Client Delivery Intern to gain hands-on experience in Agile project management, data analysis, and client delivery, contributing to meaningful initiatives and professional development within the Client Delivery function, which is responsible for partner implementations/API integrations.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of Scrum/Agile; familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret data, identify trends, and benchmark practices
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio; experience with data visualization tools a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide support on several key initiatives related to the Client Delivery function, which is responsible for partner implementations/API integrations
- Support Agile Program Manager with data analysis, reporting, and action plan recommendations
- Review and assess current Agile practices within the Client Delivery team
- Research Agile methodologies and best practices used by similar organizations or industry leaders
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on Agile processes and delivery effectiveness
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and present recommendations to enhance Agile practices and delivery efficiency

- Must be a college junior, rising Junior, senior or rising senior, pursuing a degree. The preferred majors for this position are Business Administration, Project Management, or similar.
