Hyperquake is looking to solve the problem of building ambitious brands and experiences for clients, and needs a Client Leadership Intern to support the Client Leadership Team and ensure projects run smoothly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with budgeting and fiscal accountability
- Interest in both the business and creative side of branding and design.
- Bonus: experience with project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Leadership team with project coordination and documentation.
- Use Project Management tools to support the internal team for efficient and transparent project tracking.
- Assist with client communication, including meeting notes, recaps, and follow-ups.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables to keep the team on track.
- Contribute to research and preparation for client meetings and presentations.
- Participate in internal brainstorms, reviews, and team check-ins.
- Learn how to balance the needs of clients with the creative integrity of the work.
