Hermès Client Relations Center (CRC) needs to ensure exceptional, timely, and professional client service via phone, email, and live chat, reflecting the company's values of service and excellence. This internship aims to support the development, organization, and delivery of learning programs within the CRC training team, providing exposure to luxury client relations and operational excellence.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing creative internal client communications
- Partner with the team to organize training materials, room set-ups, and create digital content
- Aid in all aspects of preparation, set-up, and execution of teamwide events of varying scale and scope
- Observe training sessions and capture key takeaways for program evaluation
- Help manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback forms for training participants
- Collaborate with the team to refine training content, visuals, and onboarding resources
- Support special projects related to process documentation or product knowledge (Maura confirm) knowledge management
Other
- Current student pursuing studies in communications, human resources, business, training & development, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in luxury client experience and instructional design
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment
- Must be able to work during the five-month period (January 12, 2026 – June 26, 2026)
