Institutional healthcare team needs a Research Manager to facilitate projects from start to finish, and client communication, to support clients conducting research and making investments in the healthcare space.
Requirements
- Experience with client services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and addressing client needs
Responsibilities
- Getting exposure to custom recruiting and lead outreach
- Contacting Guidepoint advisors via phone and email to gauge project interest / gather availability for a call with the client
- Executing client requests from start to finish
- Working cross functionally and collaborating with all members of the team as well as business development and client growth teams
Other
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with Health Policy / Life Sciences preference
- 1+ Years of Professional Experience
