The company is looking to provide high-quality customer service and support to its clients and candidates, while also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of its background screening services.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
  • Relevant business management systems such as HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred
  • Experience with background screening is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and/or candidate inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding the company products and services
  • Troubleshoots root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges
  • Handles complex customer service and support issues and escalates as necessary
  • Handles all candidate inquiries
  • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Asurint products and services to quickly facilitate resolution

Other

  • Experience providing high-volume customer service is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associate degree is preferred
  • Driver's license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required
  • Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver’s license is required
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
