Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
- Relevant business management systems such as HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred
- Experience with background screening is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and/or candidate inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding the company products and services
- Troubleshoots root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges
- Handles complex customer service and support issues and escalates as necessary
- Handles all candidate inquiries
- Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Asurint products and services to quickly facilitate resolution
Other
- Experience providing high-volume customer service is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate degree is preferred
- Driver's license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required
- Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver’s license is required
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
