Requirements
- Strong SQL + Python skills
- SnowPro Core cert a plus
- Experience with healthcare data (EMR, lab, imaging, omics) is a plus
- Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core or Advanced) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Snowflake pipelines powering real-time research and model training
- Automate ETL/ELT workflows (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
- Implement data lineage, QC, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with data scientists to ensure modeling readiness and regulatory compliance
Other
- 3–5+ years building production-grade data pipelines in healthcare or biotech
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Informatics, or a related quantitative field with five (5) years building data pipelines in production environments (healthcare or biotech preferred)
- Or Master’s degree with three (3) years building data pipelines in production environments (healthcare or biotech preferred)
