AdventHealth Orlando needs a Clinical Engineering Manager to lead clinical engineering initiatives, manage the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP), and ensure operational efficiency and superior customer service.

- Associate in a related field AND Six years of biomedical, facilities, or related experience

Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of the AdventHealth Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
- Direct regulatory body inspections and ensures that AdventHealth is following regulatory standards.
- Includes a hands-on service component in general biomedical support.
- Apply knowledge and experience of technology and/or equipment to oversee site operations and provide direction to others
- Manage Service Operations functions, such as service contracts and resources.
- Document demand labor, demand parts, labor, contracts, labor, and parts
- Manage regulatory body inspections and make sure open work orders are made a priority and that performance assurance inspections are documented

- The Clinical Engineering Manager leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the AdventHealth Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
- This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop colleagues, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives.
