- Certified Biomedical Equipment Tech (CBET) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Responsibilities
- Manages personnel by staffing and scheduling technicians to ensure optimal service delivery
- Oversees site operations and provides direction to others using knowledge and experience of technology and equipment
- Coaches and mentors technicians by providing feedback on performance and documentation practices
- Develops service strategies with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Manages Service Operations functions, including service contracts, resources, demand labor, demand parts, and inventory of shop supplies
