Crossing Hurdles is looking for a Distinguished Medical Expert AI Tutor to help research teams close knowledge gaps and improve AI model clinical reasoning in their specialty, ultimately contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI models for medical applications.
Requirements
- Strong experience of post-training clinical practice or research experience in advanced medical specialties listed below
- Recognized leader or active researcher in niche domains overlapping molecular biology, genetics, biotech, imaging, robotics, novel therapeutics, or rare diseases
Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model clinical reasoning in your specialty
- Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and author gold-standard solutions
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary peers to ensure consistency and depth of training data

- MD or DO from a reputable institution OR PhD actively pursuing research in a relevant medical or biomedical domain
