BeOne is seeking to advance drug development through the application of AI and machine learning in clinical pharmacology, with a focus on fighting cancer.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master or PhD program.
- Familiar with R or Python.
- Experience in data analysis using AI/Large Language Model is ideal.
- Course work in AI and Data Science.
- Ability to develop and validate semi-mechanistic models.
- Proficiency in data management and transformation of clinical datasets.
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools used in clinical pharmacology.
Responsibilities
- Apply AI/Machine Learning or Large Language Model to work with large clinical datasets and develop predictive models.
- Develop proficiency in the use of software tools for the development of PBPK, PK/PD models and the R programming language for data management.
- Perform literature review and data management, including transforming raw clinical datasets into a format valuable for downstream analysis.
- Develop and validate semi-mechanistic models to support drug development.
- Apply AI/large Language Model to support analysis and reporting in accelerated drug development.
- Attend Department meetings to gain exposure to the drug development process.
- Work under the supervision of the manager to participate in model development, verification, and validation.
