The Ohio State University's Clinical Trials Processing Laboratory (CTPL) is looking to solve the problem of managing daily administrative activities, including scheduling monitor visits, responding to data inquiries, and maintaining inventory of daily kit supplies.
Requirements
- Computer skills required
- Experience utilizing Microsoft software applications desired
- Experience in a clinical research and/or research capacity or setting desired
Responsibilities
- Assists with scheduling monitor visits
- Responds to data inquiries from Clinical Research Coordinators, sponsors, and receiving labs
- Provide Clinical Research Coordinators with needed documentation
- Inventory monitoring of daily kit supplies, place resupply orders, receive supply shipments and maintain supply room organization
- Maintains outlook calendar for patient appointments and assists with tube delivery to clinics in advance of patient visits and pickup of specimens after collection
- Follow-up on daily patient status
- Generating reports for management and leadership
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required
- Must be able to effectively communicate face to face and in writing with clinical staff and outside collaborators
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
