The Ohio State University's Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Pulmonary Critical Care Clinical Research Team is looking for a Clinical Research Assistant to support clinical research studies by assisting with implementation, coordination, participant recruitment, testing, and data management.
Requirements
- Experience in research capacity desired
- knowledge or experience in specialty may be desired
- experience in phlebotomy may be desired
- experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens desired
- computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications desired
Responsibilities
- assists with implementation and coordination of studies
- participates in recruitment of study participants
- performs behavioral or diagnostic testing
- assists with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data
- Experience in research capacity desired

Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences or medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience.
- 0 years of relevant experience required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- This position will require on-call hours as well as possible evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts.
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
