Precision for Medicine is seeking to support the continued growth of their clients by hiring Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with experience in monitoring oncology. The company aims to maintain high CRA retention rates and ensure quality clinical study execution in line with protocol and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in monitoring oncology.
  • Experience in study start up activities.
  • Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries, fluency in the local language of the country where the position is based.
  • 2+ years CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry to be considered for a CRA II.
  • 4+ years CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry to be considered for a Sr. CRA.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment.
  • Ability to work with 2-3 protocols and support Project Managers with larger trials.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites to ensure they are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
  • Work with 2-3 protocols on average and support Project Managers with trials that are larger in scope.
  • Interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.
  • Identify potential study risks and propose solutions on how to mitigate them.
  • Ensure the quality and outcomes of your work by taking responsibility for your tasks.
  • Handle conflict by using tried and true resolution strategies.

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment (potential international travel may be required for some senior level positions).
  • Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries, fluency in the local language of the country where the position is based.
  • Ability to work in a mid-sized CRO environment where influence and impact are valued.
  • Willingness to participate in proposal activities and client presentations.
