DelRicht Research is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to provide quality patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting (preferred experience within Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, or high volume Inpatient or Outpatient Clinical Environments)
  • Healthcare certification such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Phlebotomist (preferred)
  • Prior clinical research experience (not required but preferred)
  • B.S or B.A from any accredited university in any degree or transferrable experience (preferred)
  • Experience with clinical trial protocols and quality assurance
  • Experience with patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
  • Experience with maintaining site audit readiness

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patient visits are accurate and efficient
  • Maintain site audit readiness at all times
  • Assist Central Quality Assurance Team and Site Manager with Quality Assurance
  • Lead and main point of contact for Sponsors and CROs for all studies
  • Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians
  • Ensure Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic
  • Assure clear, constant communication with Sponsors and Clients when they are off site
