Requirements
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in clinical procedures including placing IV's, Phlebotomy, EKG's, obtaining patient vitals etc.
- RN, LPN, or LVN (active and in good standing)
- 3+ years in clinical research or equivalent training
- CCRC or CCRP certification (bonus points)
Responsibilities
- Partner with investigators to prepare and execute clinical studies
- Recruit, screen, and guide patients through trial participation
- Perform and oversee clinical procedures (IV placement, phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor patient safety and report adverse events promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits/inspections
- Train and mentor new team members while advocating for patient well-being
Other
- Licensure: RN, LPN, or LVN (active and in good standing)
- Experience: 3+ years in clinical research or equivalent training
