Requirements
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
- Basic Life Support certification (Online Basic Life Support certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the Basic Life Support requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- Administrative Or Research (2 Years) experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support - American Red Cross
- Associate degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Processes human blood samples, including centrifugation of blood samples and aliquoting plasma into tubes.
- Documents processing conditions and maintains log of sample location.
- Works with staff to identify, screen, and enroll study participants.
- Communicates and coordinates with other study personnel, as required, to include data entry for study implementation and routine problem resolution.
- Maintains and updates computer database; logs forms received and files as appropriate.
- Prepares files and kits needed for study visits and keeps track of how many supplies are available.
- Attends routine meetings and other meetings related to the clinical research.

- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- Driver's license is not required for this position
