The Department of Psychiatry is seeking a Clinical Research Study Assistant to contribute to the advancement of research projects by performing various administrative and data collection tasks.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
- Basic Life Support certification (Online Basic Life Support certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the Basic Life Support requirements).

Responsibilities
- Administer psychological and cognitive assessments to study participants (will be trained and certified).
- Properly collect and store biological samples.
- Assist with participant data collection, scheduling, and follow-up appointments for ongoing studies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research data and participant interactions.
- Prepare and organize study documentation, including consent forms, questionnaires, and reports.
- Communicate with participants and team members to coordinate study activities.
- Handle general office tasks, such as supply ordering and correspondence.
