Copley Hospital is looking to solve the problem of managing the Operating and Procedure Rooms with a Nurse Manager who can provide excellence and quality in patient care delivery
Requirements
- BSN / BS (or currently enrolled in program)
- 3-5 years of current Operating Room clinical experience
- 1-2 years current experience in nursing leadership
- MS / MSN (desired)
Responsibilities
- providing excellence and quality in patient care delivery in accordance with the Plans of the Department of Nursing
- management and leadership of staff
- collaboration with medical staff
- maintaining working relationships with other hospital managers
- positive interaction with families, visitors, and vendors
- meeting the standards set forth by CMS and other regulatory agencies
