The company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage client projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and successful delivery by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management
- Strong background in software development / IT
- Technical expertise in at least one technology, preferably Java
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for client projects
- Ensure alignment of project scope, goals, and deliverables with client requirements
- Monitor and control project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Promote Agile best practices across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address technical challenges

- Provide input on technical decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus
