Facilitates the delivery of internal and external products that require technical leadership and guidance. Works with senior management, product leadership, and technical teams to ensure development efforts meet strategic goals. Preventing the problem is the goal, but finding the solution is your focus.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of hands-on experience building applications with AWS, Azure, or other cloud service providers.
- 2 or more years of experience working with Agile software development process (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps (incl Agentic DevOps), Jira, Asana, LeanKit.).
- Preferred cloud experience in Azure
- Demonstrated understanding of User Acceptance Testing and test case development.
- Demonstrated understanding of product development in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in Cloud environments.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement).
Responsibilities
- Define and refine high-level features* and their objectives in collaboration with product leadership.
- Facilitate understanding of upcoming features* across the program and its teams, drawing out technical and business context to ensure objectives are met.
- Facilitate feature decomposition and backlog refinement sessions* to create manageable work items (that are technical in nature) for delivery.
- Manage the team’s work* tracking system (Azure DevOps) to maintain traceability between business goals, technical tasks, and delivered outcomes.
- Proactively identify knowledge gaps* and help the team organize to close them.
- Create operational processes* to support the product.
- Write and review test cases* to ensure they reflect business expectations and the details of technical implementation.
