Booz Allen has an opportunity to showcase your talents by supporting the United States Air Force. We’re looking for a Cloud Application Architect to join the team – You’ll work in a Cloud Software Engineering role, working with teams to leverage and expand your client’s capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with architecting and developing scalable, reliable cloud native applications, such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle
- 3+ years of experience building cloud native microservice full stack applications, such as frontend, backend, or data storage solution
- 3+ years of experience working in a multi-cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle
- 3+ years of experience working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks, including hardening virtual servers or adhering to security controls
- 2+ years of experience with IaC, such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience troubleshooting cloud native application deployments and configurations
- Experience troubleshooting application code and configurations
Responsibilities
- You’ll work in a Cloud Software Engineering role, working with teams to leverage and expand your client’s capabilities.
- You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to translate customer needs, and assist others in migration and solutioning of mission critical capabilities.
- You’ll be responsible for working with current and new software development teams, understanding their architecture and development environment tooling to develop onboarding paths to your client’s platform.
- You'll have expertise in multiple Cloud Providers and excellent communication skills, be able to work independently while leading others, and be able to work across development teams.
- You should be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+, within 60 days of start date
