Booz Allen has an opportunity to showcase your talents by supporting the United States Air Force. We’re looking for a Cloud Application Architect to join the team and work in a cloud software engineering role, working with teams to leverage and expand your client’s capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with the design, deployment, and management of Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure
- 8+ years of experience with system administration of Windows or Linux Operating Systems
- Experience leading teams of operations personnel in managing existing cloud or on-prem production systems
- Experience leading the architecting, building, and deploying of systems and applications in Cloud platforms
- Experience with the monitoring, maintenance, and security of critical infrastructure components
- Knowledge of foundational system administration principles
- Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes
Responsibilities

- Ability to obtain 8570 IAT II or III Certification such as Security+ Certification, within 3 months of start date
- Experience leading a team of Cloud professionals on projects or efforts
- Experience working with DoD RMF ATO systems requiring accreditation
- Ability to work through challenging security requirements and maintain compliance
