Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking to hire a Cloud Applications Administrator to oversee and own third-party SaaS based applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of reviewing, testing, integrating from third party platform’s APIs to system enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, including testing to ensure robust, reliable and scalable integrations.
  • Well-versed in explaining provisioning approaches for SaaS; SCIM, JIT, and Data Feed.
  • Knowledge of Azure and M365 fundamentals;
  • Proven experience with Excel and M365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the SaaS enterprise applications including updates, security vulnerability resolution, parameters, connectivity and business process creation.
  • Lead the implementation of SaaS applications and solutions.
  • Assess and document the settings, implementation, security and administration for SaaS platforms.
  • Review, evaluate, and select functionality from third party platform’s APIs.
  • Monitor SaaS application releases and collaborate with internal teams on upgrade impacts and update documentation, as necessary.
  • Utilize automation software to streamline business process applications.
  • Identify and initiate process improvements, document potential problems and resolutions.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
