Requirements
- Must have experience in data analysis methods, frameworks and processes.
- Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Responsibilities
- Perform proactive data analysis to identify trends, relationships, and create artifacts to inform data engineering design and development.
- Develop source-to-target mappings, functional and technical requirements for data engineering teams.
- Document and test data processes through data validation and verification scripts.
- Monitor and track defects, working with developers to resolve issues and ensure documents are updated as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal data teams to ensure seamless data ingestion, validation, and transformation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.
Other
- Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, data validation, and project enablement.
- Provide analysis for new use cases, enhancements to existing capabilities, and ways to leverage data to better serve consumers.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve data quality and operational issues.
- Adept in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and have an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
