Peraton is looking to solve the problem of automating data management for IC data custodians through a suite of web-based applications, standardizing and simplifying data movement, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- At least eight (8) years of experience in software development/engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work with OpenSource (NoSQL) products such as Hbase, Accumulo, Big Table
- One Cloud Developer Certification: AWS Certified Developer-Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), or Elastic Certified Engineer
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Quarkus
- Familiarity with PrimeFaces
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Develop and broaden skills in the Java language
- Use current technologies such as Quarkus and PrimeFaces for full stack development
- Build User Interfaces
- Assign, track and manage software activities and requirements within the team using Agile methods
- Develop, install, integrate, evaluate, enhance, maintain, test, and diagnose/resolve software problems
- Work with OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs
- Participate in a mature software development effort
Other
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
