RogueThink is seeking a Cloud Developer to support a classified federal program responsible for the modernization, migration, and sustainment of mission-critical enterprise applications within secure cloud environments.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design and develop cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated success migrating legacy systems into modern cloud architectures.
- Hands-on background building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Strong capability creating ETL pipelines and system integration services.
- Practical knowledge implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Proficiency designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures.
- Working knowledge of encryption protocols such as OpenSSL and TLS.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications in Sponsor-approved cloud environments.
- Develop and enhance Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions aligned with Sponsor standards and frameworks.
- Migrate and modernize legacy mission applications and algorithms into cloud architectures.
- Design, implement, and document data, system, and application transition procedures.
- Develop back-out and rollback procedures to support secure system transitions.
- Develop ETL pipelines and data integration services to support modernization initiatives.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and rollback of cloud environments.
