Noblis is looking to solve the problem of developing cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS, and to implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
Requirements
- Experience with SAFe Agile framework
- Strong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environments
- Proficiency with AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platforms
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proficiency with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with Cloud security implementation
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
Responsibilities
- Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
- Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
- Analyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environments
- Provide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services
- Develop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud
- Debug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud services
- Establish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime design
Other
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years of experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- US Citizenship is required
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration
- Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
