ERP International is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to support initiatives in developing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications, enhancing DevSecOps processes and ensuring deliverables meet user acceptance criteria while adhering to security best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevSecOps experience
- 3 years of experience with Azure and other Cloud environments
- 3 years of experience with application and operating system security
- 3 years of hands-on experience creating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Helm, Nexus
- 3 years’ hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible and Terraform
- 3 years of experience with Kubernetes in an Azure cloud environment
- Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
Responsibilities
- Work with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools.
- Ensure work product meets user acceptance criteria
- Manage self-directed assignments
- Meet schedule deadlines and commitments with a high-level of quality of deliverables
- Be a trusted automation and tooling advisor for Cloud and DevSecOps initiatives by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights, and advice
- Recommend and implement industry standards
- Implement and ensure adherence to security practices and incorporate them into the automated pipelines
Other
- DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies, and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various organizational levels
- On-site work at Ft Meade, MD typically 3 days per week
