Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a highly technical Systems Engineer to support an enterprise IT program to replace an end of life solution with a new solution using new and innovative technology.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience using programs such as Java, JavaScript, Python
- Demonstrated experience in cloud architecture and design concepts that translate directly to ability to modify cloud architectures to meet Sponsor’s requirements
- Demonstrated experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-sized cloud architecture
- Demonstrated experience communicating the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience solving technical problems
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge
Responsibilities
- designs, develops, tests, integrates and deploys solutions for critical requirements
- configure cloud based network instances in a variety of environments to include Microsoft AWS, Google, IBM, and Oracle
- configure applications for flexible deployment
- provision cloud-based applications
- design and manage network specific cloud instances
- prepare and deliver program and user level documentation
- interact with members of the technical team leads to understand the current system, subsystems, and component specifications

- Must have a TS/SCI with poly
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to communicate and share expertise within and across the Sponsor’s organizational boundaries, working both independently and in small groups
- Ability to recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective development
