Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through the moments that matter most in their cloud journey to help businesses thrive, by providing domain expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure and solving complex cloud platform issues.

Requirements

• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery.
• Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
• Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) techniques such as prompt engineering, dual encoders, and embedding vectors.
• Experience in running AI/ML training workloads or inference workloads on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) or Tensor Processing Unit (TPU).
• Experience with cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), designing and building infrastructure platforms using compute, networking or storage technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure; solving complex cloud platform issues.
• Work with customers to design and implement Cloud based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations that enable business objectives.
• Be a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for customers.
• Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
• Provide exceptional technical guidance to customers adopting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Provide prescriptive guidance in ensuring that customers receive the best of what GCP can offer and have the best experience in migrating, building, modernizing, and maintaining applications in GCP.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to drive excellence in Google Cloud products and features.

Other

• Travel up to 30% for in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery.
• Ability to work in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA, USA; Austin, TX, USA; Chicago, IL, USA; Miami, FL, USA
• Must be willing to share preferred working location during the hiring process.
