Requirements
Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Automation: Strong knowledge of automation tools and practices.
IaaC: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of software development and system architecture.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Project Management: Take ownership of engineering projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Cloud Technologies: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Automation: Drive the adoption of automation tools and practices to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Infrastructure as Code (IaaC): Implement and manage IaaC practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring best practices in software development and system architecture.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing solutions.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
