Requirements
- Understanding and/or experience with Microsoft productivity technologies (M365, Copilot, Endpoint, AVD, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, D365)
- Understanding and/or experience with Microsoft security technologies and capabilities (Modern SecOps, Data Security, and Threat Protection)
- Technical Certification in Cloud-based systems or security
- Experience with cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- Experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions
- Experience with Microsoft architecture standards, methodologies and risk management practices
- Experience with Unified delivery
Responsibilities
- Driving Customer-Centric Delivery: Coach teams to deliver seamless, outcome-driven engagements that align with customer success plans and accelerate digital transformation based on Microsoft architecture standards, methodologies and risk management practices
- Developing Strategic Relationships: Guide teams in building trusted partnerships with C-level technical and business stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive adoption
- Translating Insights into Action: Leverage customer, partner, and market insights to shape solution strategies, remove blockers, and influence product roadmaps
- Managing Business Performance: Oversee forecasting, scorecards, and pipeline health to meet business targets and ensure delivery on Microsoft’s Customer Promise
- Practicing Operational Excellence: Drive delivery through Unified, ensure milestones are tracked and updated, labor is logged timely, delivery consumption is proactively managed, etc
- Fostering Technical Excellence & Innovation: Promote a culture of continuous learning, IP development, and technical readiness to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs
- Championing Collaboration & Culture: Model inclusive leadership, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing to build a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
- Ability and Willingness to acquire and maintain a US Government Clearance
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
- Travel: 25-50%
