The partner company is looking to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and deliver mission-critical applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate).
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development (SPFx, JSON, workflows, integration with Power Platform).
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Studio and prompt engineering.
- 5–10 years’ experience with other Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, .NET, JavaScript).
- Experience with solution-based Power Platform development, ALM, and deployment across DEV → QA → PROD.
- Knowledge of Power Platform Admin, SharePoint Admin, Azure/Entra ID Admin, Dynamics 365 Admin, or Exchange Admin.
- Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and custom connectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions.
- Build custom business applications, workflows, automations, and Copilot extensions to enhance business productivity.
- Test developed components independently, document results, and create knowledge transfer plans for QA teams.
- Maintain solution documentation, including architecture, dependencies, deployment instructions, and user guides.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Provide insights on continuous operations, support, and optimization of existing solutions.
- Coordinate schedules for potential nights or weekend migration work, managing flexible time off to balance hours worked.
