MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Developer Agile Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX
Requirements
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline implementations
- Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Field (CtF) processes
- Certification in Scaled Agile execution
Responsibilities
- Serve as CNO SME responsible for the development of front-end and back-end applications
- Implement common services such as enterprise identity, credential, and access management
- Implement modeling and communication capabilities that support integration, and inter-program synchronization
- Guide continual improvement of development process and supporting Agile execution
- Perform development of the conceptual and detailed design of applications
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable
- Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment
Other
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audiences of varying technical depth
- Experience with conflict resolution and team building
