Arconic is seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join their Co-Op Program to work on dynamic and innovative projects, providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering
- Must be finished with Freshman year of schooling at the start of the program
- 3.0 GPA and above (preferred)
- Involvement in at least 1 extracurricular activity (preferred)
- Prior work experience (preferred)
- Must be a student at UT - Knoxville or Tennessee Tech that qualifies for co-op status
Responsibilities
- Assisting with maintenance, repairs, project planning, and other tasks as assigned
- Working on projects that have a real impact to the business
- Working with other Engineering employees
- Assisting with electrical work at the facility
- Working in an office environment and a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Staying in good standing as a co-op student with their university to maintain co-op status with Arconic
- Performing tasks outside of normal hours as required

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
