Arconic is seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join their Arconic Co-Op Program as an Electrical Engineering co-op associate to work on dynamic and innovative projects and provide mentoring and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering
- Must be finished with sophomore year of schooling at the start of the first rotation
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Responsibilities
- An Electrical Engineering co-op associate will be assigned a manager and a mentor for each rotation.
- The student will work at times in an office environment and other times in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
- The associate will work with other Engineering employees working on projects that have a real impact to the business.
- Other day-to-day aspects of electrical work at our facility may include assisting with maintenance, repairs, project planning, and other tasks as assigned.

- Must be a student at the Iowa State University that qualifies for their co-op status
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
