Rockwell Automation is looking for an Embedded Engineering Co-Op to help improve existing products in an agile environment and develop new products, contributing to the company's goal of helping manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.
Requirements
- Experience with C++ and Python
- Previous exposure and knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Industrial automation environments including PLC or drives programming.
- An interest or prior experience with robotics teams or projects.
Responsibilities
- work alongside full time employees and industry professionals improving existing products in an agile environment
- work alongside industry professionals developing new and existing products in an agile environment
- exposed to a variety of software engineering knowledge areas including: OOD/OOA, full development life cycle, agile methodology, system design, test driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.
Other
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- The ability to work full time from January 2026 to August 2026.

- employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
