Rockwell Automation is looking to improve existing products and develop new ones by leveraging the skills of embedded engineering co-op students who can contribute to an agile development environment.
Requirements
- Experience with C++ and Python
- Previous exposure and knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Industrial automation environments including PLC or drives programming.
- An interest or prior experience with robotics teams or projects.
Responsibilities
- improving existing products in an agile environment
- developing new and existing products in an agile environment
- ramp up in our code base
- problem solving at the intersection of software and hardware
- exposed to a variety of software engineering knowledge areas including: OOD/OOA, full development life cycle, agile methodology, system design, test driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.
Other
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- The ability to work full time over the Fall 2026 semester, from May 2026 to December 2026.
