Future Metals LLC is looking for an intern to support Marmon Aerospace operations by conducting studies, designing and implementing efficiency strategies, and playing a key role in process implementation. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic projects.

Responsibilities
- Conducting studies, i.e. time studies, locomotion studies, to be used in enhancement projects in a lean endeavor.
- Design and implement ergonomic work methods & efficiency optimization strategies.
- Be a key role player in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.
- Value Stream Mapping and Visual Management.
- Initiate, plan, execute, and control strategic projects to accomplish operational goals.
Other
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Future Metals will consider students who have completed at least four semesters of college in the following major: Engineering
- Excellent verbal, written and telephonic communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
