Sanofi's Global Workplace Transformation Team aims to revolutionize the workplace experience through dynamic approaches focusing on Innovation, Collaboration & Socialization, and Sustainability. The team supports the organization by providing digital tools to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency with new digital solutions, enhance user experience, and transform data into value. This Co-Op/Intern position will assist in delivering innovation to global sites and understanding predictive analytics.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or other STEM related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2028
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your co-op with Sanofi.
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
  • Motivated and collaborative self-starter with an interest in project management, digital technologies, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and/or contribute to multiple projects
  • Understanding of, and interest in, digital and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Deployment of Workplace Experience app and ongoing adoption initiatives
  • Expansion of occupancy and air quality sensor solution
  • Expansion of R&D RFID tagging solution
  • Participate in testing of new technologies as well as enhancements to existing solutions
  • Support implementation of Smart Building Program in Cambridge, MA and Paris, France
  • Develop Proof of Concept for using emerging technologies such as AI in predictive analytics in the areas of maintenance, space planning, and car fleet management
  • Provide support for meetings, presentations, project updates
