Rockwell Automation is looking for a Software Co-op to join their Service Platform project team to help execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, verify customer reported issues, and identify anomalies during the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with C, Java or Python is desirable.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, networking and general computer troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with Industrial Automation products (Rockwell or competitors)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers in a scrum team to test, release, and document major software components using Python and manual testing
- Write all levels of automated tests (e.g., unit, integration, system) to ensure the quality and documentation of the delivered product.

Other
- You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university and be enrolled full time for at least one more semester after the conclusion of the internship.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- This is a hybrid role at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office with no relocation assistance provided.
- Preference given to students met on campus, at a national recruiting event, through a Rockwell Automation-hosted event or a targeted recruiting campaign.
