ASML US is looking to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips, and the System Integration Co-Op role is intended to support this effort by integrating multiple subsystem deliveries into one complete system.
Requirements
- Machine vision, computer HW, network, Linux, imaging, Arduino experience
- Basic experience with analytical techniques

Responsibilities
- Participate in de-risking portions of the lithography system and/or associated tooling
- Work on sub-systems involving Machine vision, computer HW, network, Linux, imaging, Arduino
- Collaborate with design engineers and system architects in a multidiscipline project team to develop concepts, perform risk analysis, test prototypes, qualify and troubleshoot
- Partner with Functional Clusters, and support system integration and testing
- Derive conclusions from analysis and make practical recommendations
- Interface with multidisciplinary groups including senior leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
Other
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years completed, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics/Mechatronics Engineering
- Currently enrolled with a graduation date of Dec 2026 or after
- Strong technical writing, communication and presentations skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
