Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data analytics systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models
- Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and implementing data validation and testing protocols
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of data analytics systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- US citizenship or permanent residency required due to federal contract requirements
