The company is looking to solve the problem of maintaining and developing their PeopleSoft FMS applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational development standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development and systems analysis of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or other complex automated Financial, Budget, Supply chain, HR applications
- Experience with PeopleTools
- Knowledge of SQL scripting
- Experience with PeopleSoft FMS applications and integrations
- Experience with PUM updates and retrofits
- Experience with system performance tuning and security monitoring
- Experience with data updates, correction and reporting
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft FMS applications and integrations using PeopleTools, ensuring alignment with organizational development standards and compliance requirements.
- Resolving technical issues, conducting performance tuning, managing PUM updates and retrofits, monitoring system performance and security, and developing optimized SQL scripts to support data updates, correction and reporting.
- Documenting technical specifications, configuration settings, and custom development artifacts to support long-term maintainability and effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborating with FMS Business Analysts and other stakeholders to identify root causes of technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
- Supporting the development, review, and optimization of reports, queries, and data extracts to meet functional and reporting needs.
- Providing comprehensive and timely project status updates to management.
- Serving as a key technical resource and subject matter expert in PeopleSoft ERP development, offering strategic insights and technical guidance to leadership.
