- Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning.
- Converse with the model on real-world coding scenarios and theoretical computer science questions.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces from model interactions.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

- A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science or a closely related technical field is ideal.
- Professional software development experience, open-source contributions, technical blog posts, or programming competition results signal fit.
