Starbucks is looking to lead coffee innovation and development projects, create coffee blends and roasts, and manage project execution across channels to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product development or coffee/tea manufacturing experience
- Experience in coffee or beverage/food product development
- Passion for coffee quality and sensory evaluation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead, execute & support coffee development projects, ensuring alignment with innovation briefs and business objectives.
- Manage pilot plant trials and support scale-up activities for commercialization and launch documentation.
- Use customer and business insights to develop coffee products that support broader company strategies.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related scientific discipline (preferred)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
