Track and document cognitive individualized programs and metrics in a Human Performance Measures of Effectiveness report
Conduct applied research to improve warfighter cognitive resilience

Master’s degree in Sport Psychology (preferred major area of study), Human Performance, or related field from an accredited college/university
2+ years of experience providing Cognitive Performance services in Tactical (military), Collegiate or Professional Sports, Aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environment
Current CPR and AED certification
Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong facilitation, research, and communication skills
